Built by an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist with over a decade of experience working alongside educators, The Connected Classroom Compass was born out of a simple truth: teachers are exhausted, classroom behaviors are on the rise, and the old playbook of punishment and compliance just isn't reaching kids the way relationship does.
This app gives teachers a different lens — instead of asking "how do I stop this behavior," it asks "what could be happening for this child right now?" Right alongside that reframe, it offers practical, in-the-moment interventions teachers can actually use mid-lesson, no prep required.
For the times when there's a little more breathing room, the app also houses built-in trainings teachers can work through at their own pace to deepen their understanding of behavior, regulation, and connection-based classroom management.
